Unopened jars can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us at [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] before sending anything back and we will give you return instructions.
If you have opened a jar and the product does not suit your skin, write to us within 30 days and tell us what happened. We will refund you. You do not need to return a used jar.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days of us receiving the return or approving the request. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
There is no restocking fee. Return postage is yours to cover unless the order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we pay for it.
